Let Others Do It, But It's Our Fault If They Fail
If John Kerry goes through with building that "genuine coalition" and he's onboard with "training the Iraqi forces to defend themselves", wouldn't he be "outsourcing" the job like he was so angry about with the Afghan forces at Tora Bora?
