Sanctions
A People's Daily column says that "facts have long proved that more often than not sanctions cannot resolve problems." I agree with that statement, but certainly not in the sense the writer has intended. At least sanctions are a whole heck lot more than what the PRC government would go along with. And oh, admire the column for its extremely high euphemistic bullcrap factor.
