Call It Preemption
Okay let me get this straight (via Neale):
Toy company creates new product in 2002 called "googles", sold at Googles.com. This coming four years after Google Inc.'s founding and two years after Google won its first Webby Award.
And now they're saying that Google shouldn't be allowed to sell merchandise aimed towards children because it infringes on their turf?
Wow.... ...file this under the "You Won't Believe How Much Gall We Have" category.
