Don't Hold Your Breath
Farmers getting taxed for their livestock's upset stomachs: this is the sort of insanity that Kyoto may lead to. Everyone in North America should beware of the dangers of ratifying Kyoto. Let's just say that you can't go wrong with a 95-0 vote.
PS: I know that cow expel methane naturally, not because they have indigestion. Which makes this even worse.
