Uniting the Canadian Right

As mentioned in my previous post, I think that a unified political force on the right that can end Liberal rule is essential in restoring our country's sorry defense and foreign policies.

Tonight, I went to a joint dinner for the local Canadian Alliance and Progressive Conservative clubs on campus (I'm a member of the CA Club). There was a lot of different opinions on who should be leader, how much of an Ontario breakthrough can be achieved, and so on. But the great thing was that everyone found so much common ground and believed that working together was the best way to achieve our common goals.

If the attitudes of our clubs are representative of many Canadians on the right, then it truly is an exciting time to be a conservative in Canada.
